Refunds and cancellations
This policy applies to paid consulting engagements with AeroTensor (Pty) Ltd. Website content is free; no payment is collected online.
Deposits
Performance profiling engagements require a 40% deposit to reserve calendar dates. Hotspot reviews and load-test interpretation may require full prepayment for short slots.
Cancellation by client
- More than 14 days before start: Deposit refunded minus a R 1 500 scheduling fee, or credited to a new date within six months.
- 7–14 days before start: 50% of deposit retained; remainder refunded or credited.
- Less than 7 days before start: Deposit retained; balance not yet invoiced is cancelled.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Additional moves may incur a R 2 000 administrative fee.
No-shows
Missed kickoff calls without notice forfeit the scheduled day from prepaid blocks. We wait 15 minutes on video calls before marking a no-show.
Work already started
If you cancel after profiling has begun, fees for days already worked and non-recoverable travel are due. Partial deliverables completed to that point will be shared.
Refund eligibility after delivery
Consulting fees are generally non-refundable once the statement-of-work deliverables are supplied, unless we failed to perform the agreed scope and do not remedy within 10 business days of written notice.
Partial refunds
If we mutually agree to end an engagement early, unused prepaid days are refunded pro-rata within 14 business days.
Non-refundable items
Third-party travel, accommodation, paid access tokens purchased on your behalf, and scheduling fees listed above.
Refund process and timing
Email info@aerotensor.digital with invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original EFT path within 14 business days.
Cancellation by AeroTensor
If we must cancel (illness, conflict of interest discovered), you receive a full deposit refund or alternative dates at your choice.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies to your engagement category.
